The apartment is a 2B/2b on the 21st floor. Amenities include a great view, concierge 24/7, affordable parking (usually ranges between $80-120/month), an indoor pool, a gym, a jacuzzi, and a bike storage room. Rent includes all utilities (water, fuel for hot water, trash) except electricity, and internet. Lease goes until August 31st of 2025, with the possibility to renew.
