Excellent location for this store. Located near Alcona County Park and Alcona Pond and the Huron National Forest plus many small subdivisions so there are lots of potential customers. The store had pizza, soft serve ice cream, sandwiches, plus pop and liquor. The owner expanded the septic system to allow for a small Laundromat in one of the extra buildings. There are two other buildings on the property - 18x36 and 23x24. There are four gas pumps. The tanks have been inspected and are to code, but the pumps need to be replaced. Gary Oil has indicated they might have some used tanks they would provide. All of the equipment in the store is new, including freezers, soft serve ice cream, etc. You need to take a look. This is a great buy.
