Unit is 1,000 square feet, recently remodeled. Living room has a wood stove. Unit includes a washer dryer and does not have a dishwasher. Unit can be partially furnished, including queen beds in both bedrooms, couch and dining room table. There is flexibility on what can stay or go, depending on what items a renter has of their own. Owners live in main house (separate entrance) on the top floors of the home and will have some interaction in passing with renters. Pets: we're open to one well-behaved dog or cat with an additional $400 pet deposit. We have a toddler so pet must be friendly with kids. Neighbors have horses and their fence will not keep dogs out, so any pets must be well trained to leave horses alone. Lease term: We're open to a seasonal ski lease, a 6 month lease or 1 year lease. All utilities are included in rent: water, septic, garbage, recycle, electric, snow plowing. Renter is responsible for their own wifi. This unit has 2 parking spaces in the winter and ample parking when there is no snow on the ground. First months rent, last month's rent and $1,500 deposit due upon move in.
