Excellent road access. Very easy drive for any vehicle. There is a water tank katty-corner from the lot and electric on the property. The landscape is dry grass with very small bushes. The land is relatively flat so that makes for easy access with RV or 5th Wheel. The views are wonderful! There are table mountains in the distance and they have a purplish huge. There are neighbors, but not up against the property. This is an excellent site for building, off-grid living, on-grid dream home, or just a weekend get away!
