We are offering the house at a big price discount because we are looking for someone who will take good care of the home, and who has some flexibility on duration as we are flexible as well. Rent includes HOA fees. Renter pays utilities (water, gas, electric). 1 month rent deposit. No inside pets preferred, but willing to discuss depending on the situation.
