Amenities include a spacious living room, bedroom with a queen-sized bed, full bathroom, mini-kitchen (with full refrigerator, a Cuisinart double induction cooktop, and microwave), parking space for one car, shared laundry, and a lovely wooden deck facing conserved forestland near Fitton Green and McDonald Forest. The apartment is about half of a house separated, with a private entrance. The house owner lives in the other separate part of the house and is very friendly. She is seeking a renter who is quiet, has regular hours, and appreciates a meditative and peaceful space. The renter would be taking over my lease around mid-January or early February. Rent is $750 per month plus an electricity bill. WiFi, water, and garbage service are included in the rent. No pets, nonsmoking only. All furniture, including dishes and cooking utensils, are included. Quiet hours for the house are 10pm-7am, including bathing and running water. Unfortunately, I am not able to show the apartment at the moment. We anticipate that the apartment will be ready to show starting January 8.
