These rooms are adjacent to a common area in the basement that is currently empty and pretty much will be yours. In addition to the private rooms described above, the kitchen is shared among occupants and has recently been remodeled. Laundry is also available for use. Most other rooms are common areas as well including the living, dining, and family rooms on ground level. The backyard has two patios for enjoyment. Lastly, the community pool is located down the street and is included in the rent. Current occupants include a young professional male in his early 30's and a professional female in her late 20's. We are both pretty busy during the work week, but like to keep active after work and on weekends. We enjoy going to the gym, sports, and outdoor activities. We are sociable and like relaxing at happy hours, breweries, etc. with friends.
