Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas, and any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty applies for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. An emotional support animal may incur a pet fee. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee.
