Our house sits on a huge lot and it has a 2.5 garage that is set up with 220 electricals and it has it's own breaker box. There once was a full working wood working shop in this building. There is also a wood burning fire place in the garage, just waiting for an entertainment space to be built around it. :) There is a she shed that we have been using as a garden shed. In the house you will find a main living room is HUGE with a beautiful gas fire place. Lofted ceil with a huge Hunter ceiling fan. The den or lib is a room that is part of the open concept of this home. It's a pass through room. It lead to the formal dinning room where we sat 6 comfortably, but we know you can fit 12+ because we have. There is a grandmother bedroom off of the kitchen or a great craft room. Off of the kitchen is the 3 season porch that leads out the back yard. Upstairs you will find 3 more bedrooms. (2018) My partner has become disabled and that is why we are selling our home. When we bought this home in 2014, we expected to retire here, but, life has dealt us a different type of hand.
