I appreciate your consideration. We are offering a fully remodeled basement in single family home. We are offering it for one person only with no pets, we are a pet free, smoke free home. Rent includes all utilities and fios gigaspeed internet. Double party applicants may be considered at an increased rate. You will have a private entrance, private bathroom, private kitchenette and your own washer and dryer. The owners have some things being stored in the laundry room but they will not be using the washer and dryer. The kitchenette offers cabinetry, large fridge, sink and microwave but no stove. A toaster oven or other appliances can be added.. It also includes a wall mounted electric fireplace with remote and heat. It has LED ceiling lighting throughout. We plan to have a TV above the fireplace soon. This is a studio style basement, that means there is no separate bedroom, the living area is one large open room with a bathroom and laundry room. The house is located close to Saratoga shopping center in Springfield (walking distance). The yard backs into county parkland with hiking trails for miles. One trail leads to a local lake that offers fishing. Bus stops and a commuter lot are near by and you have easy access to 95 and the parkway. Very close to Ft. Belvoir North. Please message with any questions. I am open to providing it as a furnished space, let me know what you would need and what you propose the rent difference should be. We prefer at least a 1 year lease. Our current tenant had an emergency and will be leaving the country. In an effort to keep the lease end dates in the summer, we would prefer a lease that ends in the summer. This means 6 or 18 months would be preferred. We will do a basic background check and check references. We are asking for a 1 month security deposit and rent paid each month in advance. Owners pay for all utilities and internet. Owners will also cover landscaping and grounds maintenance cost. There is free access to hiking trails, a stream and a lake directly from the yard. The tenant is responsible for keeping the inside of the studio clean and sanitary. Maid service can be added at cost if desired.
