Hulen Heights is a quiet neighborhood located on the southern edge of Fort Worth. It has an active Home Owners Association with dues between 300 and 400 dollars a year. This house is nestled among the most beautiful homes in the neighborhood. The last house of the subdivision was built in 2005, directly across the street. The community pool and playground are only a block away, close enough to walk to, but far enough away that you don't hear the noise at the house. Close to Hulen Mall, Fire Dept., Hospitals, Restaurants, Trinity Valley Private school, North Crowley High School, Benbrook Lake, Pecan Valley Golf Course, I-20 and I-35W. Construction is beginning on Hwy 121T that will be nearby as well. Residents are mainly professional with at least one Doctor, one policeman and several engineers among them. We have a great HOA. They organize social events, neighborhood garage sales and a Crime Watch program, show movies at the pool and we even have our own 4th of July parade!
