I will include lawn care including weekly mowing, seasonal gutter cleaning, leaves in the fall/spring and hedge trimming for an additional $200 per month for 12 months. Pets are on a per case basis and a pet rent ($25 per pet per month) and deposit ($250 per pet) will be applied with a limit of 2 pets. Pet weight limit is 50-60lbs or less as larger pets may not be accepted and are on a per case basis. All utilities are the tenant's responsibility.
