Non-Fenced yard, No smoking allowed inside Renter will take care of any groundskeeping, any snow removal needed, and regular maintenance of air filter, smoke detectors, and Carbon monoxide detectors (all will be provided with new batteries at the time of renter possession) Renter will pay gas, electric, and wifi if desired. Home tour available only after application is turned in with needed documents as it's a drive for me to get there. Leases of 6 months to a year preferred but open to other. Tenants pay utilities. Tenant will be responsible to remove snow from their desired path.
