Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. All loud gatherings are strictly prohibited and will be shut down. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. Smoking inside will incur a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning, while smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean. If you violate any house rules, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but reimbursement is available with a receipt. Charcoal grills require guests to bring their own charcoal. Checkout instructions are not mandatory but appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for the next guests.
