We can show the house today, Sunday March 29, by 15-minute appointments starting at 2:30, and otherwise by mutual convenience. We will greet you in the front yard, six feet apart. You can look inside by yourselves. All doors in the house will be open so you won't have to touch anything. If you're seriously interested, we'll meet back outside to exchange information in order to complete the application process online. Working nurses and health-care professionals would get a $200 per month discount the first year. Thank you for all you do! The rent is otherwise $1400 (sometimes the apps get it wrong). We have a lawn-mowing service and we pay for that, but renters would be responsible for trimming the bushes, other gardening, and raking leaves. Renters also pay their own utilities. Thank you!
