The huge back yard is fenced and private, with a great deck. There are three bedrooms (not large) -- the third bedroom is more like an office or small den. Hardwood floors throughout. Really cute. There is one bathroom on the main floor that has two sinks in the vanity. There's also a vanity, shower, and toilet in the basement; there's a washer and dryer too, which stay. We can show the house today, Sunday March 29, by 15-minute appointments starting at 2:30, and otherwise by mutual convenience. We will greet you in the front yard, six feet apart. You can look inside by yourselves. All doors in the house will be open so you won't have to touch anything. If you're seriously interested, we'll meet back outside to exchange information in order to complete the application process online. Working nurses and health-care professionals would get a $200 per month discount the first year. Thank you for all you do! The rent is otherwise $1400 (sometimes the apps get it wrong).
