Credit Check: A credit check will be conducted for each applicant. Applications with one or more applicant(s) with a credit score below 700 will be declined. 3. Criminal Background Check: A criminal background check will be performed for each applicant. Applications with one or more applicant(s) with a history of violent or drug-related offenses may be declined. 4. Rental History: Applicants must provide references from previous landlords and/or property managers. Any history of eviction will result in denial of the application. 5. Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee of $50 is required per applicant to cover the cost of background and credit checks. 6. Application Process: All prospective tenants age 18 years or older must complete and submit a rental application. Incomplete or inaccurate applications may delay the processing of your application or disqualify the application. 7. Approval Criteria: Meeting the above requirements does not guarantee approval.
