The neighborhood has a great vibe. It's a perfect blend of Old School SF and contemporary living: restaurants, bars, bakeries, cafes, groceries are all within blocks. All of our tenants have been couples and they have universally enjoyed being there - because it is a home and not just a place to live. My wife and I manage the property.
