The property is owner-occupied by a family with a child and a medium sized dog who live upstairs. Pets are welcome and will be considered on an individual basis. A pet deposit per pet is required; some pets may require an additional deposit or agreement. Non-smokers only. Lease amount includes water and sewer, tenant will be responsible for electric, natural gas and cable/internet. Utility costs will very depending upon use, provider and subscriptions. The current tenant averaged $75/mo for natural gas and $50/mo for electricity. Landlord takes care of the yard care and uses a snowblower to clear the driveway and sidewalks. Unless otherwise agreed upon, tenant will do some minimal shoveling of their porch/stairs and clearing snow off their cars. The front porch will be primarily used by the tenant.
