Restrictions and Compliance: A. Tenant agrees that no Prohibited Large Dog Breed, as defined in Section 1-B, shall be kept, boarded, or allowed to visit the Premises at any time during the tenancy. B. Any pet approved by the Landlord must be registered, current on all vaccinations, and comply with all applicable local ordinances, including licensing and leash laws. C. Landlord reserves the right to require the removal of any animal that becomes a nuisance, causes damage, or poses a threat to the health or safety of other tenants or property, regardless of size or breed. 3. Breach of Agreement: Violation of this Large Dog Breed Restriction Clause constitutes a material breach of the Lease Agreement. Landlord may, at its sole discretion, issue a written notice requiring the immediate removal of the non-compliant animal. Failure to remove the Prohibited Large Dog Breed within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving written notice shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of the Lease Agreement and eviction proceedings.
