This is for 1 person who doesn't plan to cook. It is a large comfortable space in a very nice neighborhood. The kitchen area is limited in that it has a microwave, coffee pot, dormitory refrigerator and kitchen sink so works fine for making salads, sandwiches or reheating food. It's very private from the rest of the house in that it is the entire second floor. There is a shared entrance. It is not a space for somebody who wishes to have company. Best suited for commuting executive Tenant will pay first and last month plus $500 security deposit. The space is available for one person only. A house cleaning service is provided every other week at no additional charge.The space has its own furnace and tenant pays their own heat, otherwise, all utilities and high speed internet are provided. There are overhead fans and good cross ventilation. If there is a particularly hot summer the tenant may be charged $50 extra per month for air conditioning if they need the space very cool.There are well trained dogs on the property who are not permitted upstairs. NO SMOKING of any kind on the property. Prior tenants commuted home for the weekends. Rent can be adjusted accordingly for tenants staying four days or less per week.
