This is the house our family of five live in and we have an opportunity of a lifetime to go live on the beach for two months. We are renting our house out during this time. In the front of the house is the 'main' room, which is a really big (with high ceilings) open floor plan with a fully modern kitchen, large island, dining room, living room and TV room. There's two bedrooms and two full baths on this floor. As you walk to the back of the house, it's a split level that goes up to a large master bedroom and down to a laundry room and large play room / TV room. There's a good size front yard and a pretty big back yard. We also have a detached fully furnished in-law unit in the backyard that is not included in this lease, but if you would like to use it, we can discuss that at an additional cost. There is both off street driveway parking as well as street parking directly in front of the house. It's a 2-month rental, from October 19 - December 18. The listing says 1-month, but it is a 2-month lease. Zillow doesn't allow a 2-month selection in the drop down. To confirm, this is a 2-month lease. Thx!
