47 ft Live Aboard in Moss Landing Harbor, halfway between Monterey Bay and Santa Cruz. Lots of living space. Comes furnished with separate fridge/freezer, washer and dryer, BBQ, nice China (Wedgewood), has a nice kitchen with oven and burners. Microwave too. Includes brand new crock pot and new toaster oven also. Bedroom includes Sealy Posterpedic bed, full living room, onboard shower/tub, bathroom. Transferable slip a little over $40o per month month including electric, water and garbage to spend two nights a week (during the day you can go whenever I think). Then , to live there full time its more like $560 per month plus $50 for a second person (wife or whatnot), after getting cleared from wait-list. That includes garbage energy water and docking fee. Also the engine does not run but is probably fixable. We fixed the bilge recently (it didn't work when we bought it) , and made several improvements since we purchased the boat (such as staining the interior) and have re listed the boat at the same price we originally paid for it. On the land next to the pier by the harbormasters office there is a lounge, bathrooms, and laundry rooms for the all the boat owners as a community. There are many shops and stores and fruit stands and world class restraunts, as well as the beach and the Elk Horn Slough nearby, which is a top birdwatching spot globally. Give Jane a call today and get a tour of the boat. You have to come see it to believe how nice it is inside and how many nice features the boat has.
