For short-term renters, a Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee is charged at the clubhouse front desk upon check-in. The fee is $35 for 1-12 guests and $45 for 13+ guests, payable by credit or debit card only. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $45 per night, with a minimum three-night charge. Our grill is available for a one-time rental fee, which includes one propane tank. Solterra is a gated community with fantastic resort amenities, featuring a clubhouse, resort pool with water slide, cabanas, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children's playground, and recreational area. Located in Davenport, just minutes from Orlando's theme parks, shopping, dining, and other attractions, Solterra Resort is conveniently situated just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. Posner Park, with an Imax movie theater and many other stores, is just 7 minutes away. The property is not suitable for party gatherings. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Only guests 25+ years old are allowed unless accompanied by a responsible adult. Only registered guests can stay overnight, and a list must be sent before check-in. Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules are subject to immediate towing. Charcoal grills are prohibited, and usage may lead to a fine of up to $500 and eviction. Pool and spa heating may not function optimally in extremely cold weather, and the system requires at least 24 hours to reach the desired temperature. The temperature of the spillover spa can fluctuate between 80F and 100F depending on outdoor conditions.
