If cats are brought on property tenant will loose security deposit for deep cleaning. - No dogs using the bathroom inside (no potty pads) - Quiet Hours 10pm-8am. (Medium volume TV, Washer, Dryer, Washing machine OK) - Dogs cannot be left unattended outside. - If you are planning to host a party please respect quiet hours and clean outside shared spaces. Owner + tenant can coordinate if you want to have a loud later night party. - Please clean dog poop of walkways and Fake grass, poop scooping service gets the rest. Hot Tub Rules: - follow all listed hot-tub rules. If hot-tub rules are broken you will loose access to the hot-tub. - Shower before entering hot tub - Do not touch temperature, breaker box, or filter of hot tub. - No more than 4 people in the hot tub at a time - Wear bathing suits and not clothing in hot tub - No smoking or glassware in the hot tub - No dogs in the hot tub - Hot tub users must be over the age of 8 years old for safety - follow all other hot tub rules listed by hot tub outside
