Enjoy the tunes on the record player when visiting or play a game of cornhole in the backyard. Beds are made with soft white cotton sheets covered in a down comforter topped with an extra cozy throw. Yay We have added our record player for you to play! Enjoy your stay while spinning some tunes next to the electric fireplace. Our collection is minimal. If you have a record to share, we would love to add it for others to enjoy. Free parking is available on the property for 1 vehicle. There is also street parking. Full sized washer and dryer are included with detergent. Internet speed - 200 Mbps If you enjoy sleeping in total darkness, the back bedroom is for you! The back bedroom has a Queen bed on the bottom and a Twin bed on the top bunk. LGBTQ friendly. Feel free to use the laundry room, backyard (gas grill use included), and please feel free to park in the driveway. Please note there's a low point in the ceiling (6' height) where an air duct runs in the back bedroom with the bunk beds. Quiet hours indoors and outdoors from 10 pm to 7 am. No smoking indoors.
