The 2nd floor is an open concept livingroom and kitchen and 3rd floor has the in-unit washer and dryer. We also have a pool and hot tub just a short walk from the townhome. It's located in the Civita neighborhood of Mission Valley. The location has a beautiful park with walking trails, food trucks on Tuesdays, live music on weekends, outdoor workout classes, basketball half-court, and farmers market on Saturdays. There are plenty of retail, eateries, coffee shops, and grocery options walking distance. It's also close to the Fashion Valley, Hazard Center, Mission Valley Center, Rio Vista, Fenton Parkway, Stadium and Mission San Diego trolley station.
