Month-to-month lease with 30-day written notification. Reduced rent may be negotiated for longer lease duration. Renter will be responsible for keeping private room and bathroom clean. While laundry and kitchen facilities are shared, items such as detergent, dish soap, and food are not shared. Renter must provide these items for themselves. No smoking within the home at all.
