Renovated mid 70's Holiday Rambler turned tiny house. Set up just off Churchill Rd in the middle of Churchill. Nestled in the back corner of the property, We're looking to rent it out through the winter - with an option to continue on after lease expires. Our family lives on the property and we have lots of kids coming back and forth through the road for hang outs so must be family friendly! Owner pays all utilities - water, power, trash, sewer, WiFi. Dogs are accepted - but since we have kids on the property we want to meet them and make sure we're all compatible. We charge a non-refundable pet fee + a refundable pet fee (returned on move out if there are no damages). Parking limit of 2 vehicles.
