Located in a quiet neighborhood on the west side of Madison, five minutes from everything you need + 5 mi. from downtown. We have four little kids so it's very kid friendly. With three floors you can spread out if you want, but can come together nicely on the main floor to hang out, share meals, and watch TV. While we only have 4 "official" bedrooms, our home has plenty of room for a couple of air mattresses allowing large groups. We also recently installed a tankless water heater meaning you will never run out of hot water and there could be two taking showers and one enjoying the 120 gallon jacuzzi tub and no worry of having cold water. 2 car garage.
