Smoking in the unit is permitted, but at an additional rental charge of $75 per person, per month is required. Otherwise, it is strictly a non-smoking unit. This includes all forms of smoking, including Marijuana or any other substance that can be smoked. Singles, couples, roommates, students and small nuclear families with minor children welcome. Generally, no more than two unrelated individuals allowed at the quoted rental price. References and verifiable sources of income, resources or other assets to pay rent are required prior to signing the lease. Will consider less than the minimum FICO Scores with higher income or multiple working tenants with good jobs, or other equivalent resources or assets. Also, a co-signer who would otherwise qualify will be considered. All tenants must be approved by the homeowners' association who will run a criminal background check.
