The beautiful outdoor area is the perfect place to wind down after exploring the parks and start your evenings in style. Located in Reunion Resort, this villa features 5 spacious themed bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a large living area, and a private pool with an option to add heat. The villa offers a game room with a pool table, arcade, and games, a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. Enjoy the outdoor pool loungers and the comfort of free in-unit washer and dryer. Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience at Palmer, Nicklaus, or Watson Golf Courses. Booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest. Pool and spa heating can be added to your reservation for $35 per day of stay, invoiced separately. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway parked side by side. Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full-time residents, so drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts. While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. Universal is 20 miles away, SeaWorld is 15 miles away, and Magic Kingdom is 8 miles away. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM. In order to prepare the property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, enough detergent pods for up to two loads are provided. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are available. There is a coffee maker, however, coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, contact us immediately upon check-in so we can arrange restocking. Self check-in and check-out are available. Although not available in person, assistance is provided through the messaging app for any questions or suggestions. A remote work-friendly environment is provided with complimentary access to Resort amenities such as Seven Eagles with pool, spas, fitness centers, and Linear Park, Homestead with pool, wading pool, and spa, Carriage Pointe with pool and spa, Heritage Crossing with two pools, wading pool, and spa, The Terraces with pool, spa, gazebo, and pavilion, Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park, and Grand Traverse Parkway with playground and outdoor fitness center. Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities.
