There are 27 well cared for houses in my development. Most built in 1994/95. We are situated on a very quiet road with no thru traffic. All are members of Silverridge home owners association and are respectable , friendly people.Membership dues are only 50 dollars a year.This home is within walking distance to many state buildings such as Dept of Health, L&I Ect. Interstate 5 is only a few minutes away. Tumwater is a very safe ,small town and has a low crime rate.The schools are excellent. Peter G Schmidt elementry is just down the street. The roads and neighborhoods are well patroled.
