I also run an airbnb and willing to discount monthly rent for someone to help clean it between stays! About the House: Large newly renovated and furnished house on a huge, quiet lot in Wheat Ridge backing up to Johnson Park and Clear Creek - EASY access to I-70, 5 minutes from downtown Arvada, Ridge at 38th, Tennyson shopping, West Highlands, and Berkeley, 10 minutes to Golden and Downtown Denver. House includes: ample parking, fenced in private yards, large kitchen, huge living room, dedicated gym space, central heat AND AC, terraced back patio, built in BBQ and more. The house is large enough that if we're home at the same time there is space spread out for privacy when needed, but hang out in common areas together when wanted. All the perks and spaciousness of living in a large house for less than the price of a shared apartment. I will add more photos as soon as possible, but happy to show you the space in person! Your Space and Logistics: Your room is one of 2 bedrooms on the main level and west side of the house and you'll have your own bathroom. The second bedroom is a guest room that shares the bathroom, but will only be used when family or friends are staying in town (very occasional and open to your family and friends as well!) The house is fully furnished, but your room is a blank canvas. Common areas are shared and there is plenty of room to spread out. Rent is $1150 / month plus utilities split among us. No pets, unless kept in an aquarium/terrarium, sorry. This is not a party house, but we do have friends over occasionally and enjoy a good gathering. A deposit of $1000 is due upon move in.
