Have one room for rent in a mobile home located in a mobile home park.I am looking for a professional person to rent this room. This person must be employed (not on government rental assistance),must show proof of employment, have references, single, neat, quite, respectful and responsible. I live in a quiet neighborhood. Located off of Richmond Hwy. Have access to the Rex and 3 Fairfax connector bus lines, close to shopping centers. There is no available parking in front of home. You would have to park on Ladson lane. The landlords live in the house with our small dog. The other renter has a dog (stays in room). We do smoke in the house; I would like for the new tenant to be alcohol free, covid negative and drug free. You are allowed to smoke cigarettes in the house. The tenant will share the bathroom with another tenant. You will have to share the kitchen and laundry area with the landlord and another renter. The room is available immediately. The rent is $600.00 a month with a $300.00 deposit. This includes all utilities (water, gas and electric), cable and wifi. This room is unfurnished and about 10x10.
