The gated community offers a dog park for residents' use. Tenants are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not disturb neighbors. 4. Smoking Policy: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house or near the entrance. Violation of this policy may result in a fine and/or termination of the lease agreement. 5. Cleaning Service: The property will be cleaned by a professional cleaning service once per month. Tenants are expected to maintain the property in a clean and orderly condition between cleanings. 6.
