No applicants with zero income will be considered 8. A home inspection/visit may be required before final approval Lease Overview Lease Term This is a standard 12-month residential lease. Please note all leases will be extended until February 2026, as we do not end leases in October, November, December or January. Utilities Residents are responsible for arranging and paying for their own electricity and gas services throughout the lease term. Heat Heating is supplied through the unit's gas service. Tenants are fully responsible for all gas charges, including those associated with heating during colder months. Parking Convenient off-street parking is available for $50.00 per month.
