Trout fishermen seem to have good luck in the main river as well.Our many guests seem to agree that Rio Linda Cabins are a great place to be. We have extremely high occupancy in May, June, July, August and September. The low season is November through February. Spring Break makes March a very crowded month and people are beginning to discover that April and October are the most beautiful times to be on the river.Our net income for 2010 is $40,000+. That means after taxes, insurance, maintenance, and management you can enjoy $40,000+ of income, AND still have a place to come and stay on the river! AND there is lots and lots of upside potential for increased rental income.This is a turnkey transaction. When you buy the property you get all the furnishing, linens and supplies.
