NOTE: Paystubs and bank statements are not required if an applicant completes the "Income Verification" process. Income: -Gross monthly income must be 2.5x the rental amount. -Applicants in a group can combine their income to meet the required 2.5x income. -If an applicant does not have the necessary income, they will require a double deposit and a co-signor that meets the co-signor requirements. Credit Score: -Must be above a 650 Credit Score. If an applicant does not meet the required credit score, they will need a co-signor. -If an applicant does not have a credit score, they will require a double deposit and an approved co-signor. Criminal History: -Any convictions of criminal records against a person. Evictions: -No prior evictions within the last seven years. Rental History: -Able to provide at least three years of verifiable rental history. It comes with a stove, refrigerator, ceiling fans, linen closet, and it has carpet in the living room.
