Also in the back of the house 2 rooms were added on. 1 a bedroom with a large semi walk in closet, the other a den. the bath room was extended into one of the small bedrooms and it is now huge. It has a stand alone shower, a jetted tub, and linen closet along with the sink with vanity and toilet. There is a carport that covers the double wide driveway and the large front porch. There is a second driveway which provides additional parking. Also in the back there is a large back porch and patio, both covered. In March of 2022 a brand new roof with fiberglass shingles and a 30 year warranty was installed. There is a large shed in the completely fenced in back yard for storage.
