The living room sofa also pulls out into a Queen bed. Step onto your townhome's large private deck complete with BBQ grill and dine while watching the sunset. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower located on the lower level. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, both with King beds and a twin pull out sofa. Each bedroom has its own flat screen television and ensuite bathroom. One of the bedrooms also offers access to a private second floor balcony overlooking the beach. For your convenience, a washing machine and dryer is also located upstairs. This unit comfortably sleeps 10. - Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit. - Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation. - Beach towels are not provided, guests must bring their own. - We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue. - *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.
