I'm looking to find a roommate to join me in my 3 bed 2.5 bath house in Fuquay Varina, I'm a young professional working in sales and am pretty laid back and very clean. I have two private bedrooms available that share an upstairs bathroom. I'm still adding to the home since I moved in earlier this year but it's beautiful and in a quiet and nice neighborhood. No smoking inside. Will require additional deposit for pets ($100). Additional fee for late payments. Otherwise, I'm a private owner and open to discussion on most things.
