This is an auction opportunity. There is NO min bid. There will be a 10% buyer's premium or $5,000 whichever is greater. The high winning bid plus the buyer's premium will constitute the total purchase price. The winning bidder will then deposit 10% of the total purchase price via personal or business check, NON REFUNDABLE, same day. The deposit will be placed in the Broker's escrow account and given back to the buyer at the successful close of the transaction within 30 days. If the buyer does not or cannot close the transaction in 30 and has not been given permission of extension then the title company will distribute the deposit as per the contract.
