What are you looking for in a tenant?
A: This property has fairly small bedrooms (see blueprint in photos), so I typically look for an occupancy of 1-2 adults or up to two adults and one kid. 3+ adults would make for a really cramped living space and would not be ideal. As well, I look for tenants with good credit (650+) and a steady source of income.
What will be required for a prospective tenant?
A: After filling out the rental application, and if you become a candidate to become a tenant, I will ask to see a recent credit report/score, 3 months worth of recent bank statements, pay stubs, and last year's taxes, per each adult. This can be provided by the tenant if she/he/they would like to forgo the application fee. There are company's that provide free credit reports. Non-zillow rental application QR Code in house photos.
What is required to move in?
A: First month's rent and a security deposit (total = $4,800) via cashier's check to reserve the property. After that, regular checks or payment through Zelle (preferred) are acceptable for monthly payments.
