Hello - I'm looking for a roommate in a 2 bedroom house in Brier Creek! A bit about me: I love to be active and going to the gym. I enjoy going on adventures and exploring Raleigh/NC. I'm from Michigan originally but moved to NC 4 years ago. I have a 1.5 year old mini golden doodle! A bit about the house/Location: a 2 bedroom, 3.5 half bath house. You would have your own room and private bathroom. There is a garage and fenced in back yard. We have a community pool. We are within walking distance to 02 fitness and other stores/restaurants. In home washer and dryer, furnished home. The room for rent is not currently furnished. A bit about what I'm looking for: a great roommate that would be looking to move in end of august/early Sept! I work remote so preferably someone that goes into the office for work. Open to another dog but am allergic to cats. Utilities will be split between us. No smoking. I have a mini-golden doodle, I am open to other dogs that are friendly/house trained! No Cats as I am allergic. We have a 2 car garage and overflow parking. Security deposit would be due at signing.
