    Great handy man home. Brand new roof. The home is solid and ready for the final details. Great location and lots of parking and a large level area that would be a great spot for a large workshop/garage/pole barn. It will require a rehab loan or cash offer. The home was being used as a 3 bedroom but you have to pass through one bedroom to get to one of the bedrooms so we couldn't advertise as a 3 bedroom. Come see what you think.
