I am looking for someone who will stay at least 6 months, but preferably the whole time! - Fully furnished with all kitchenware included! - Washer and dryer in unit - Google speaker and wifi - A GARAGE with indoor entry. - A balcony - Outdoor pool open Memorial Day-labor day - Tennis courts - 2 minute walk to the Erie canal - Hairdryer, iron and ironing board included - Does NOT include utilities - DOES include water Ideally, I'd like a graduate/professional who is here for a rotation or just looking for a place to stay while shopping for a permanent home. This development is as quiet as they come as I have elderly neighbors, so please be considerate. By car: 10 minutes to Strong Memorial Hospital, 13 minutes to Rochester General Hospital, 7 minutes to University of Rochester and MCC, 10 minutes to RIT. Will need 1 month's rent up front ($1300) and security deposit of $1300 that will be returned if nothing is damaged. Owner pays for water, renter responsible for Wi-Fi, has, electric. No smoking allowed. 6-7 month lease, move out date flexible. Ideally in last week of January 2023. Require 1600 security deposit and first month's rent 1600 up front. Total 3200 up front. Will need renters insurance to lease.
