This is a non-smoking household so we're looking for a non-smoker and non-partier (1) Male housemate who is responsible and will share in keeping the house clean and share in household responsibilities like helping keep the house & kitchen clean. Plenty of open parking in front of property. First months rent, and equal amount for security deposit required upon signing lease. (No pets allowed).
