The room is located on the top level of the house, with beautiful bay views, surrounded by oak trees on a very quite street in the San Carlos hills. It also has a beautiful patio. Our house is close to Caltrain, downtown San Carlos/Belmont and many parks. $100 Flat Rate for all utilities, which includes (Xfinity Cable TV, Xfinity WIFI, water, electric, gas and trash). You can use our washer and dryer located in the garage. You'll need to park on the street in front of the house. This is a non-smoking studio. This studio is ideal for one person.
