Thanks John 724-557-7917 Pet policy: Our pet policy is on a case by case basis but our insurance company will not permit pit bulls, Rottweiler, Dobermans, chows or any other breed or dog known for or showing violent tenancies. If the animal isn't any of those breeds we must meet the animal first and see the current condition it's being kept in. Tenant must follow all applicable pet laws and ordinances. If all is well we would make an exception but a one time non refundable pet fee of $200 or half of one months rent (which ever is greater) would be required.
