Added refundable $1,000 deposit for poor credit history, a lack of rental history or lack of employment history OR rent BOND can be purchased. Background check completed for criminal history, credit history (not score), eviction history, bankruptcy history, rental history, & job history. DEPOSIT - $3,000 refundable security deposit. APPLICATION COMPLETION: After pre-screening, final applicants are required to submit the following items (if these have not yet been provided through a pre-screen option. 1. Income verification. 2. A copy of a State issued identification 3. SSN TO HOLD THE RENTAL: pay $500 of the deposit.
